Proctor Missing Wills
QLS facilitates the notification of a missing will by an individual or firm. Missing Wills are advertised on the QLS Proctor website and are categorised by month of notification. A link to the current month’s Missing Will notifications is included in the weekly e-newsletter distributed to the 14,500 members of Queensland Law Society.
Contents of a will notification often include the following items:
- deceased full name,
- birthdate,
- date of death,
- residential address.
