Costs: How LPA provisions can assist your practice to become sustainable

This session provides a refresher of the statutory obligations with respect to costs disclosure and the ongoing responsibility to review costs estimates which provides a valuable opportunity to highlight to clients the value we offer.  In addition to discussing the statutory obligations the panels consider how we should talk to clients about costs, different bases to charge and the importance of the bill.
