The 2025 Franchising Code of Conduct

The area of franchising law in practice has changed with the various provisions commencing over 2025. To ensure members gain an understanding of the transitions and how best to deal with this in practice, the session covers important points. The presenter is a member of the QLS Franchising Committee and has substantial expertise in this area.
